Onyx Riccelli is a Portland-born creative specializing in the roles of assistant director, camera operator, technical director, grip, gaffer, and production designer. It’s a lot, but they can handle it. Onyx is multi-faceted, reliable, hard-working, and incredibly talented.
Onyx, jokingly ascribed as a “child prodigy” amongst friends and associates, started their journey in the media industry at 15, no sooner graduating with an AAS in Video Production and Emerging Media at 18.
When Onyx isn’t calling “action,” pulling focus, or detangling cables, you’ll likely find them in the ice rink. Ice dancing is more than a hobby—it’s a passion rooted as deeply as their calling to film.
